Meet Jenny
For many years, I lived a life shaped by what I thought I was supposed to do.

Growing up, I carried the weight of cultural and social expectations, doing everything I could to make the right choices. I told myself I was grateful, even as I felt more and more disconnected from who I was.
Then life forced me to stop.
In 2012, my mom had a stroke that left her in a coma. When she woke up, she was quadriplegic. Caring for her over the next decade changed the way I saw everything. Life suddenly felt too short to live out of alignment. For the first time, I began asking hard questions and answering them honestly.
From there, I began making decisions that were aligned with my values instead of my expectations. It was not always easy, but it allowed me to build a life that actually feels like my own.
Today, I run a business I believe in, share life with a supportive partner, raise two hilarious kids, and do work that feels deeply meaningful.

I am a licensed mental health counselor with over 15 years of experience supporting people who feel pulled between expectations, responsibility, and their own inner voice.
Much of my work focuses on cultural identity, generational patterns, nervous system regulation, and helping people reconnect with their values and sense of self.
Over the years, I began to see that many people need support and practical tools they can access outside of the therapy room. That realization is what led me to create this space.
Through therapist-informed guidance, reflection, and practical tools, my work is designed to help you move out of survival mode and into a life that feels more grounded, more aligned, and more like your own.
If you are ready to begin reconnecting with yourself, you are in the right place.
