I'm Jenny
I’m a licensed therapist, and I also know what it’s like to be the capable one who carries too much. I grew up as a child of an immigrant, where being responsible, attuned, and easy was how I maintained my value. I stayed in situations that didn’t serve me and grew resentful. Those skills helped me for a long time, until they didn’t.

Over the last 15 years, I’ve worked with hundreds of people who look fine on the outside but feel off on the inside. What I see again and again is this: many of our greatest strengths are also survival strategies. They make sense, and they can still keep us stuck.
